Well here we are in the New Year and we are back in our usual routines once again. My routine is quite busy, which suits me, but I know some people find life dull and empty after the Christmas and New Year festivities, whilst others are back to the stress and strains of an overly busy schedule. I believe it is important for each of us to try to find the level of busyness that is right for us, which I know is easier said than done.
I hope you are not suffering from post-Christmas depression or low mood. Perhaps you are feeling optimistic about a new year and have plans afoot to make some positive changes in your life.
I feel rested and ready to meet the challenges the New Year may hold. I am back counselling again and seeing a nice mix of new clients and regular clients this week, a perfect combination for the start of the new year.
