This is a great article that clearly and simply explains how counselling can help. Samantha Bye writes about her experiences of counselling and how it helped her better understand and then manage her anxiety and depression.
She writes to help break down the stigma surrounding mental health and says, “I think some people believe that counselling is just for those with extreme issues, but it really isn’t. No one’s mental health problem is more important than someone else’s, and having a neutral and well-qualified person to check in with makes a world of difference”.

I currently have the display board at The Natural Health Centre Bishop’s Cleeve. I have tried to make the board look busy and messy as a reflection of how our lives can be at times. I am pleased to see that a couple of my postcards have been taken already.

I recently came across this useful article which I thought I would share. I particularly like the sentence at the beginning: “Marriage is not a noun, it’s a verb. It isn’t something you get. It’s something you do”. Of course you do not need to be married to your partner, this could be equally true of any loving relationship.
